All dogs throughout Sarawak will be vaccinated against rabies as the state steps up efforts to prevent the further spread of the disease.<br />Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah told reporters at a vaccination exercise at MJC Batu Kawa near Kuching on Saturday.<br />He said there was a need to expand the vaccination programme to non-affected areas in the state after a dog sample from Julau in Sarikei division tested positive for rabies on Dec 29 last year.
