MCA President Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said it was Pakatan Harapan’s intention to delay the recognition of the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) by adding another two ‘roadbloacks’.<br /><br />LIow urged the Government to quickly recognise the UEC as per promised in their manifesto.<br /><br />The MCA President said this after witnessing the swearing-in ceremony by new council members of Bentong Chinese Assembly Hall at Top Holiday Hotel in Seri Kembangan on Friday.
