Indira Gandhi's ex-husband Muhammad Riduan Abdullah failed to turn up in the Federal Court on Tuesday to explain why he has not returned their daughter Prasana Diksa to her. His counsel Hatim Musa said he has not been able to get in touch with his client, but believed Muhammad Riduan to still be in the country.
