Diplomats must work closely with civil society groups and non-governmental organisations (NGO) to best serve national interests.<br />Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah said this in his keynote address entitled “Transformation for 21st Century Diplomats at the Institute of Diplomacy and Forigen Relations” on Wednesday.
