Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik said fresh graduates with salary below RM4,000 can delay repayment of their National Higher Education Fund Corporation or PTPTN loans.<br /><br />He said this is to meet the Pakatan Harapan’s ‘100-day promise’, and he will discuss the blacklisting measures on PTPTN loan defaulters with Immigration Department.
