MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the poor showing of MCA members’ votes in the recent Balakong state by-election showed that the party member recruitment selection was questionable.<br /><br />Liow who is also Selangor MCA chairman, said this when opening the Selangor MCA annual convention on Sunday.<br /><br />The MCA president also said he would remain in the party and continue to play a new role on a different platform.
