Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad acknowledged that he was partly guilty of neglecting the Indian community during his time as prime minister.<br />The Pakatan Harapan chairman, however, vowed to pay extra attention to the minority group should the coalition gain power in the forthcoming 14th General Election (GE14).
