Malaysian Artistes’ Association (Karyawan) president Datuk Freddie Fernandez told reporters that he has suggested a news Arts Council to the Council of Eminent Persons during a meeting on Wednesday.<br />The council would oversee various disciplines and help develop the local arts industry.
