A 16-year-old boy was crushed to death on Tuesday after he died of an apparent 'freak accident' inside his van while parked across from his school.<br /><br />High school student Kyle Plush was found dead trapped under a folding seat of his gold Honda Odyssey at 9 pm, nearly 6 hours after the teen had made two 911 emergency calls asking for help.
