Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon has urged Rasah MP Teo Kok Seong to stop manipulating the issue of Government allocations to Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC).<br /><br />Chong said that allocations to TAR UC has always been part of the Ministry of Higher Education's budget.
