Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz said Bandar Tun Razak Umno division chief Datuk Rizalman Mokhtar should be treated fairly and be given a chance to clear his name after he was allegedly tested positive for drugs during a raid on a karaoke centre on Monday.
