MCA Public complaints bureau Head Datuk Seri Michael Chong is urging the public to be on alert when receiving dubious phone calls from scammers claiming to be from banks.<br /><br />He said this after a 48-year-old real estate agent fell victim to such a scam when she received a phone call from a person claiming to be a banker from the Citibank credit card transaction department.
