The Negri Sembilan Barisan Nasional has launched an 18-point manifesto and pledged to introduce a “Caring for the Rakyat” scheme should the coalition be returned to power in the general election.<br /><br />Negri Sembilan Barisan chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said the manifesto, themed “Prospering the State, Caring for the Rakyat”, would help ensure the continued well-being of the people and the state’s continuous growth.
