MCA Youth chief Datuk Chong Sin Woon, who will be contesting in Seremban parliamentary seat, said he will be announcing his manifesto for the constituency after nomination day.<br />Chong told reporters this after launching the operation room of Lim Kok Kian, the Barisan Nasional candidate for Lobak state seat on Thursday.
