The much-anticipated Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation promises to be bigger and better, a top official from China said on Friday.<br /><br />The event to be held from April 25 until 27 will be attended by heads of states and governments, including Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
