PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Monday said Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad should be given a chance to explain himself in the latter’s call for all Malay parties to unite under Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu).<br /><br />Meanwhile, Amanah president Mohamad Sabu came to Dr Mahathir’s defence, saying the invitation by Dr Mahathir was needed to strengthen Bersatu’s position as a political party.
