Resorts World Genting, in a statement on Tuesday, said the fire that broke out at 6pm yesterday occurred at its multistorey escalator located between Genting Grand and First World Hotel.<br /><br />It added that no one was hurt and the resort is not affected by the incident with all operations continuing as normal.<br /><br />Early reports claimed the fire broke out at the Skytropolis Park.
