Datuk Seri Azmin Ali was noticeably emotional as he delivered his final speech as Selangor Mentri Besar at an event together with the state ruler on Saturday.<br /><br />Azmin has taken up the role as the Economic Affairs Minister, hence leaving the Mentri Besar position vacant.
