Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister Ong Kian Ming said the government is prioritising transparency if it is to participate in China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). <br /><br />The deputy minister added that Malaysia has settled for a joint venture company to operate and maintain the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) to better ensure transparency in the project.
