Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad said his mission and vision as a Health minister is to see the creation of an efficient health care financing system that will benefit the people in the future.<br /><br />He said this during the 27th Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia (APHM) International Healthcare Conference and Exhibition on Monday morning.
