P. Elam Sezhian lodged a police report on Wednesday for a fresh probe against his younger brother P. Karuna Nithi’s death while in police custody. <br /><br />The report was lodged following the Attorney General’s Chambers’ action to withdrew its application for the Court of Appeal to reverse the 2016 decision by a Coroner’s Court in Seremban, last week.
