Malaysia welcomes all domestic and foreign investors to do business in an open tender manner, said Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng at the 11th World Tong An Fellowship Conference 2018.<br /><br />He said having an open tender process is one way Malaysia can keep up with international values to spur its economic development.
