Residents of Penang came together for a public forum organised by Penang Forum to raise their concerns over the Penang Pan Island Link (PIL) 1 highway project on Saturday.<br /><br />Penang Forum representative Dr Kam Suan Pheng shared with the participants some of the issues arising from the project that has been met with objections from certain quarters.
