Some 200 residents living in Taman Pelangi, Alor Setar have to put up with the unbearable stench from a canal nearby where it has been treated like an 'open sewer'. <br /><br />Meanwhile, Kota Darulaman assemblyman Teh Swee Leong said they are working with the relevant authorities to carry out the cleaning processes.
