Residents in Tanjung Bungah are calling on the authorities in Penang to be more proactive when it comes to preventing soil erosion and freak landslides.<br /><br />Four Myanmar nationals, reportedly hired by a beachfront resort owner to build a retaining wall, were killed in a landslide Tuesday night.
