City police chief Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim on Friday revealed the 32-year-old RapidKL bus driver who was responsible for ramming into several vehicles along Jalan Ampang was in fact high on methamphetamine.<br />He said the suspect is under police custody and investigations are being carried out by both the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor contingent police.
