Barisan Nasional candidate for the Sungai Kandis by-election, Datuk Lokman Noor Adam, believed some voters opted to sit out from casting their ballots due to dissatisfaction with Pakatan.<br /><br />Lokman said the voters may also are not ready to return to Barisan.<br /><br />The Election Commission (EC) announced that the voter turnout stood at about 35% as of 2pm on Saturday.
