The Finance Ministry intends to recover as much money as it can from the Equanimity superyacht, which will be in the custody of the Malaysian Government on Tuesday.<br />Speaking to the press at the Parliament lobby on Monday, Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said the immediate plan was for the Attorney-General to ensure all the paperwork was in order and proper controls were imposed.<br />The luxury yacht, which purportedly belongs to fugitive businessman Low Taek Jho, also known as Jho Low, is expected to arrive in Port Klang from Batam, Indonesia on Tuesday afternoon.
