MCA's Chinese New Year open house saw a multi-racial crowd of Malaysians getting together on Saturday to usher in the Year of the Rat.<br /><br />MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong joined other party leaders to attend the iconic yearly open house at Wisma MCA in Kuala Lumpur.
