Transport Minister Anthony Loke on Wednesday announced that the Cabinet has agreed to introduce stiffer punishment for offences related to reckless driving and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.<br /><br />He added that the Road Transport Act would be reviewed and amended to increase the existing penalties.
