PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said leaders should try to shift the national conversation away from race and religion to one focused on addressing the welfare of the poor.<br /><br />Anwar, who is also Port Dickson MP, said that at the Law Asia Conference in Petaling Jaya on Friday, adding that the country must survive as a multi-racial and multi-religious country, that as such, racial and religious bigotry must be avoided.
