DAP lawyer Ramkarpal Singh said he will file a legal challenge to the detention without trial of the party’s two lawmakers over suspected links to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) militant group.<br /><br />He spoke to reporters after visiting Seremban Jaya assemblyman P. Gunasekaran and Gadek assemblyman G. Saminathan at the police national headquarters in Bukit Aman on Monday. <br /><br />Sosma allows police to detain individuals for up to 28 days without facing any charge.
