Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Mazlan Mansor on Tuesday said guardians of children found flouting traffic laws by racing in illegally modified bicycles can be called up for questioning.<br /><br />He said this following Monday’s acquittal of a motorist charged with reckless driving in Johor Baru that resulted in the death of eight illegal cyclists.
