Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said the controversial pro-China comic book distribution to schools was planned by someone. <br /><br />He added that the comic, believed to be materials for reference, has instead become a laughing matter.<br /><br />The Education Ministry has banned the distribution of the “Belt & Road Initiative for Win and Winism” to schools.
