Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said that Malaysia is conscious of not being a strong country and has no intention of going to war over runaway fugitive Low Taek Jho, a.k.a. Jho Low.<br /><br />He said this after he and his wife were awarded honorary doctorates in creative arts, in conjunction with Aswara’s 15th convocation on Thursday.
