HELP University’s Dean of Arts and Communication Professor Dr Andy Hickson on Monday returned six Foodpanda bags that had been illegally dumped near a forest along Jalan Gombak to the food delivery company.<br /><br />Hickson posted on his Facebook page that he was made to wait for two hours before two Foodpanda representatives met him and promised to find a solution to get rid of the bags effectively.<br /><br />Gombak JKR had said the illegal dumpsite highlighted by Hickson would be cleaned up soon but illegal dumping was still taking place.
