As the novel coronavirus epidemic moves into its second month, Hong Kong reported its first death on Tuesday, the second outside mainland China.<br /><br />The deadly outbreak has killed 427 people, spread around the world and raised fears for global economic growth.<br /><br />Singapore also recorded six additional cases, including four local transmissions.
