On his arrival for a meeting with other Umno leaders at the party's headquarters in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday, Pontian MP Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan read out a Malay poem to the pressmen.<br /><br />The content of the poem loosely highlights that the country is at a crossroad at the moment and the Yang di-Pertuan Agong will now be key to answer questions such as who will be the next Prime Minister of Malaysia.<br /><br />On Monday, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad took the offer from the Agong to be the interim prime minister after the former's resignation earlier that day. Dr Mahathir will carry out his duty as interim premier until the next prime minister is elected.
