Footage shows police vehicle at the scene of a hostage situation in Cedar Park in Austin, Texas, on Sunday night (August 16). <br /><br />Three police officers have been shot and the suspect remains barricaded inside his house.<br /><br />Police Chief Mike Harmon said the officers responded to an emergency call but they were met with gunfire when they arrived at the home.
