Thrill-seekers were left hanging after a "catapult" attraction in Russia's Yekaterinburg broke down on August 15.<br /><br />Footage shows the rescue operation where two people hung at a height of 15 metres for several hours.<br /><br />Initially, workers on the amusement attraction attempted to rescue the people but failed, prompting the fire service to arrive.<br /><br />Eventually, the people were released from the catapult ride with the aid of a ladder from a fire engine.
