Strong winds and rainfall brought by Typhoon Higos as it made landfall in southern China.<br /><br />The video, filmed in the city of Zhuhai in Guangdong Province on August 19, shows trees blown over onto parked cars by strong winds.<br /><br />Police officers and firefighters were seen trying to clean up the road.<br /><br />After around half an hour, the traffic was back to normal.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
