김정은 "당대회서 새 국가경제발전 5개년 계획 제시할 것",... 북한 국가경제 목표 심히 미진<br /><br />Now to the latest out of North Korea<br />A major five-year economic development plan will be announced by the regime's leader Kim Jong-un, during the upcoming Workers' Party congress, set for January 2021.<br />North Korea's state mouthpiece, the Korean Central News Agency, reported this morning that Kim announced the plan on Wednesday during a plenary meeting of the party's Central Committee.<br />The Workers' Party also admitted the regime's planned economic projects are falling behind due to intense internal and external circumstances.<br />As a result, it said it had failed to clearly improve the livelihoods of the North Korean people.<br />The congress will allow the regime to roll out its major policy directions for the years to come.<br /><br />
