"모든 개 하루에 2번 산책시켜야"…독일 새 법안에 견주들 멘붕<br /><br />Dog owners in Germany may soon be required by law to walk their dogs at least twice a day, for a total of at least one hour.<br />The country's agriculture minister says she will introduce the new law next year.<br />The new law will also ban keeping dogs chained for long periods.<br />If passed, it will be up to each of Germany's states to enforce the law.<br />But the move has already unleashed a lively debate in Germany... the German Dog Association says one rule for all dogs is probably well meant, but unrealistic.<br />And that does it for today's edition of 'The World Now'.
