Coastguards are urging people to check the tide times after a helicopter had to rescue two people trapped up a cliff at Scarborough last night. <br />The coastguard rescue helicopter joined teams from Scarborough, Filey and Ravenscar coastguards to help the pair at the South Bay ar around 7pm.<br />They had become trapped 75 metres up after they were cut off the by the tide and tried to climb the cliff. <br />
