Senator Ochillo wants CS Kagwe to own up loss of Covid-19 funds

Migori Senator Ochillo Ayacko has renewed calls to have Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe to step aside over what he termed as “failure to account for billions of shillings” that were pumped into the fight against Covid-19.
