Waterspout spotted off coast of St. Simons, Georgia

Walking through the beach of St Simons, Georgia, Chris Thomson and his son spotted a couple of waterspouts as they were walking their dogs on Tuesday (August 18). <br /><br /> "Look a tornado!" his son points out in the video.
