The Kia Sonet compact-SUV has achieved a new record after registering over 6,500 units of bookings in one day. The bookings for the Sonet began on the 20th of August, with the compact-SUV registering a record number of interests on the 21st August.<br /><br />The Kia Sonet was unveiled globally on the 7th of August and is scheduled to go on sale in India sometime in early-September. Once launched, the Kia Sonet will rival the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue and the Toyota Urban Cruiser to name a few.
