A brave woman painstakingly cut free a 7-foot-long rat snake from a net in southern India on Saturday (August 22nd).<br /><br />Footage filmed in the Mangalore area of Karnataka state shows Rajani using scissors to cut the net around the reptile.<br /><br />It took around 90 minutes to free the non-venomous snake which was later released in a nearby forest.
