South Florida woke up to high winds and crashing surf from Tropical Storm Laura, which was passing hundreds of miles away south of Cuba. <br /><br />Kiteboarders, surfers and even some swimmers braved the surf at sunrise. This video was recorded at sunrise in Delray Beach, Florida on August 24.
