The Dewan Rakyat on Thursday observed a moment of silence to mourn Muhammad Haziq Mohd Tarmizi, the teen who was confirmed as among those killed in last week’s mass shooting in Christchurch, New Zealand.<br />The moment of silence was observed after Housing and Local Government Minister Zuraida Kamaruddin proposed to recite the Al-Fatihah for the 17-year-old.
